Lunch with friends

We had lunch with Anita and Brendon and their new gorgeous baby Nicholas at the yacht club.  It was a lovely day and Brendon took some great pictures of Sebastian.

Manly

The three of us headed into the city to catch a ferry to Manly.  Sebastian loved the ferry ride but poor Uwe spent the whole time chasing after Sebastian and trying to stop him from jumping into the water! 

 

We had lunch while we were there and then Uwe and Sebastian went for a swim.  It was unbelievable how much Sebastian loved being in the water.  He kept running back into the water with no fear of drowning.  He certainly kept Uwe on his toes today.  Oh boy, and when it was time to get out of the water, there was big dramas.  Lots of crying and tantrums because he didn't want to leave.  He certainly is the typical blond haired, blue eyed beach boy!

Into the city

Sebastian and I took the bus into the city to have a look at all the Christmas displays at Myer and David Jones.  We also checked out the Harbour Bridge and Opera House while we were there.  Sebastian loved to play in the park at Circular Quay and loved listening to the music the Aborigines played on their didgeridoos.

Sebastian loves the water, we took him upstairs to the spa and he had so much fun in the water.  It was hard to get him out of the pool!

Day at the Zoo

Uwe and I took Sebastian to the zoo and he had an absolute ball.  He loved seeing all the animals and just wanted to get in their cages and pat them all.  He didn't want to stay in his pram for very long, he much preferred to walk around everywhere.

 

 

Visiting friends

It was lovely to catch up with Damian, Penny, Mia & Jake as it has been a while since we last saw them.  Sebastian had an absolute ball, he was so fascinated with their dog and her water bowl which he emptied everywhere. 

First hair cut

Sebastian's hair was getting so long it was going in his eyes all the time. So while we were in the shopping centre we thought we would get his hair cut. He sat very still on daddy's lap and was very well behaved.
