Zoo

Another great day at the zoo.

I love the comparison between the photos below.  The top photo was taken 18 months ago and the bottom photo taken today. Such a big difference between the two.

Festival of the Winds

Every year, Bondi Beach is home to the Festival of the Winds. The beach is covered with people flying kites.  Its such a lovely sight to see.  This year, we made it to the kid zone and didn't go to far from there.  There were jumping castles, play areas, bubbles, petting zoo and puppet shows. 

Hello Spring

First day of spring and it is a gorgeous, sunny day. After preschool, we headed straight to the beach for a play in the sand. Looking forward to more of this warm weather and more trips to the beach.

Manly

Uwe had the day off work, so we took the ferry to Manly to go to the Aquarium.  Adventure bear also came with us.

Adventure Bear

Sebastian was very excited to get Adventure Bear from his preschool.  Each child gets to take the bear home and have the responsibility of looking after it for the week.  Adventure bear helped around the house and went to lots of places with us. He even slept in Sebastian's bed.

City to Surf

Uwe ran in the City to Surf again this year.  The kids and I went down to Bondi Beach to cheer him on as he ran past us.  We are very proud of your great achievement Uwe.  After the race, we had some friends come over for a BBQ and refreshments.

The kids all dressed up to go to a birthday party.
